Task Force on Development and Affordability


The mission of the Swarthmore Development and Affordability Task Force was to identify and recommend strategies to Borough Council to preserve and expand reasonably priced housing in Swarthmore. The Task Force met from March 2022-March 2023 and submitted its final report on April 1, 2023.
