Community Bulletin Boards Swarthmore, PA 19081 | Physical enclosed bulletin boards. One is located on South Chester Road, just north of PNC Bank. The other is located at the intersection of Dartmouth and Park Avenues. Essentially user-maintained, organizations and individuals post events, lost pets, personal services, and community alerts.
Interior community bulletin boards exist at Borough Hall and at the Co-op, and operate on nearly the same principles as the exterior boards, though the personnel in both locations periodically neaten things up. |

The Senior Shared Ride Program is a reduced fare transportation program available to riders who are willing to share their trip with other passengers. Persons 65 years of age or older are entitled to receive these trips and pay only 15% of the reduced shared ride fares. Funds from the Pennsylvania Lottery pay for the remaining 85% of trip fares through a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. |
