Borough Council is seeking an individual to serve as the Vacancy Board Member. This volunteer position is only utilized if there becomes a vacancy on Borough Council and there is a tie vote to appoint a replacement member and the mayor does not wish to break the tie.  If you are interested, please send a letter of interest to the Borough Manager at wwebb@swarthmorepa.org.
